About Us @ the Escondido Municipal Gallery

Our Mission:

The Escondido Arts Partnership, the city's official non-profit arts agency established in December 1995 to promote Escondido art and artists, creates an environment where the arts can prosper and enhance the quality of life for Escondido's residents and visitors.

The Escondido Arts Partnership offers many cultural and financial benefits to our community through our Municipal Gallery, educational programs and a year-long calendar of events, including 2nd Saturday Escondido. We actively promote the long-term economic development of Escondido as a cultural destination by encouraging the growth of art-friendly businesses and arts organizations. Our long-term goal is to transform Escondido into the "Cultural Hub of North San Diego County." This goal is supported through the generosity of businesses and individuals like you who donate time and resources. We invite you to join this mission by attending our events, becoming a member or volunteering in this community project.
